McIntyre successfully solved all the problems by creating a complex system of wrappers. Now the code can be typed directly with the Game Boy buttons, see the printout on the screen and, of course, save the program to a free memory area, and not over other game functions.

From time to time, Glucose is joined by her frostbitten gang, consisting of Guitarist, Bassist, Japanese and Dobik the Doberman. While the partners are in the open, they take the fire on themselves and scatter the gutta-percha undead along with their commander. But as soon as the front line is shifted to the cluttered backyard, the fighting fuse of the comrades-in-arms disappears. Lost among the woodpile and toilets, they dejectedly disperse into the corners and lose all interest in what is happening, leaving their friend alone with troubles.

Enemies behave no better, but effectively crush with mass. Helmeted boars, toothy pigs, ghouls and red-skinned humanoids swoop in from all sides. There is always a shortage of cartridges for the most powerful weapons, not to mention the fact that the warrior is clearly not trained to handle machine guns, rifles and pistols. It is impossible to find shelter among doll sheds - bullets live according to their own laws, which have nothing to do with what Newton's inflamed brain came up with. They fly through fences, carefully "cut off" the corners of buildings and always find their prey. At the same time, the buildings remain intact - the shots only raise clouds of dust, but the attackers themselves tumble along unthinkable trajectories, adding a bit of entertainment to the monotonous performance.

Without a steering wheel and in the head with interference
In almost every clip, Glucose drives around in stylish limousines, but for some reason the transport did not get into the game. Motorcycles, tanks and sports cars, generously scattered throughout the levels, tease with their bodies drawn to the smallest detail, but you can’t control them. Instead, for several hours the girl paces picturesque maps, listening to completely idiotic dialogues. The flow of stupid remarks does not stop even during the battle: after each injury, the heroine insistently demands a first-aid kit, and those around her promise to "soak" her and "break her mouth" by all means. An hour later, from repeated exclamations, I want to climb the wall.

At the same time, the fight against the talkative invaders, paradoxically, is addictive. The perky soundtrack, in which the melodies of familiar songs are clearly heard, warms up the passions raging on the screen, and the inexhaustible crowds of caricatured enemies do not leave time to think about the shortcomings. Designers deftly change the scenery, as soon as the viewer begins to nod off, and promptly replenish the arsenal with new "trunks". For a pop shooter with a rogue singer in the lead role, more is not needed.

The artists scrupulously reproduced the cartoon style of the clips on the screen. Crooked barns, unnatural bright flowers, strewn with multi-colored crystals, the catacombs look like inventory from a puppet theater. Grotesque characters fit perfectly into the surroundings and distinguish the game from most "serious" action games. The fights take place to the accompaniment of melodies from the songs of Glucose, which came in handy. Pleasure is poisoned only by the idiotic remarks of the enemies and the heroine herself - their continuous stream slowly drives you crazy. The viewer looks at what is happening from a bird's eye view, which allows you to notice pigs and vampires sneaking up behind you in time. Of the acrobatic stunts, the blonde is familiar with only one somersault, and shooting from different types weapons does not require any special skills - know for yourself, push the trigger. In addition to endless shooting, nothing is required here. A rich arsenal, frequent change of environment and a variety of enemies saves from oblivion. In addition to the characters familiar from the clips, the local menagerie found a place for aliens, giant cockroaches and spiders - potential heroes of the singer's future videos. Healthy humor and pleasant music distract from pressing problems, although it still doesn’t work to go into the cartoon world for a long time - it offers too much of the same type of fun. The main thing is not to expect too much from what is happening.
