For more accurate adjustment and maintenance of draft in the chimney, as well as for the organization of ventilation of the chimney itself, it is recommended to install and adjust an additional air regulator (draft limiter). The cross section of the auxiliary air regulator depends on the effective height and cross section chimney.
Flue gas stop valve
If desired, a flue gas shut-off valve is available as an option. A flue gas shut-off valve installed upstream of the draft interrupter operates more efficiently than one installed after it.
Underfloor heating systems
In floor heating systems using oxygen-permeable plastic pipes (DIN 4726), a heat exchanger must be installed between the boiler and the floor heating system.
Cooking hot water

- To ensure the functioning of the boiler, all connections must be made in the places specified for them.
- When installing a gas heating boiler operating on liquefied gas, it is recommended to install a second solenoid valve below ground level. Switchgear to control the solenoid valve can be supplied as an option
- In systems with underfloor heating, with several heating circuits, and in systems with a large volume of water, it is necessary to install a mixer to control the heating circuits, depending on the local operating conditions.
To ensure an environmentally friendly and trouble-free operation, we recommend regular inspections of the boiler and burner.

Hydraulic resistance of the boiler to water
Fuel
The gas burners are factory set to natural gas H, comparable to the EE-H method. You can reset the gas type to LPG P / B/P at any time using the conversion parts. It is not possible to change over to city gas. The supplied gas pressure (supply pressure is the static overpressure of the gas relative to atmospheric when it is exhausted at the connection point of the gas appliance) must be in the following range:
1) - Up to 8 mbar when working with a gas pressure monitor
The maximum supply pressure for natural gas operation can be 25 mbar. For higher gas supply pressures, an additional gas pressure regulator must be installed on the burner. The maximum test pressure is 150 mbar.

The floor-standing gas cast-iron heating boiler "Buderus Logano G234X (WS)" with a capacity of 60 kW with an atmospheric burner appeared in an updated version in 2017 - with modern automatics of the standard EMS Plus and striking industrial design from Buderus. This new generation boiler has retained the main qualities inherent in its predecessor, such as high performance at low costs, reliability, efficiency, compactness, and also has a power of 60 kW. Works on both natural and liquefied gas. The boiler is designed for heating large buildings, as it can be used to organize economical heating when high power is required. In combination with high-quality Buderus floor-standing water heaters of the Logalux ST and Logalux SU series, it allows you to create a comfortable hot water system.
The premix atmospheric gas burner supplied at the factory does not have a fan, which ensures quiet operation. There is no need for additional noise suppression measures during the heating mode. The burner operates in fully automatic mode, the ignition is electric and does not require additional gas consumption.
The low-temperature heating boiler "Logano G234X (WS)" is equipped with an efficient heat exchanger with 7 sections, made of high-quality gray cast iron GL 180M. The sections are ideally matched to the design of the boiler block and have special ribs, due to which there is an intensive heat transfer of the heating surfaces. The boiler is equipped with 80 mm thick thermal insulation, which, together with the cladding, prevents energy losses.
The new boiler model "Logano G234X (WS)" is designed specifically for installation modern system control "Buderus Logamatic MC110" standard EMS Plus. This automation is optionally equipped with a controller "RC 310" or "BC 30 E" with touch screen and full text menu. Such a system allows you to work in weather-dependent mode, controls the boiler and indirect heating boiler, recirculation line, 3-way valve, and also informs about the current status, selected functions, errors. The control is carried out by a 0-10 V signal. The setting of all options is intuitive and very simple - according to the “Push and turn” principle. All control functions are coordinated with the system hydraulics. The control system can be expanded with additional modules: mixing modules, Internet connection module, cascade module with the ability to control up to 4 boilers, modules for solar systems. For complex systems, it is recommended to use the professional automation of the new generation "Logamatic 5000". The control system is not included in the delivery of the boiler and must be ordered separately.
Boiler "Logano G234X (WS)" is supplied fully assembled, with casing and gas burner, which saves a lot of time and costs for installation and quick start-up. The quick mounting system for the heating circuit for connection to the boiler or wall mounting is adapted to the respective hydraulic scheme. The tank water heater is conveniently connected to the boiler using a connecting pipeline with a loading pump and a non-return valve.
