INTRODUCTION
1. The release standards provide for the installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete and concrete structures, as well as monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete works for civil and industrial buildings and structures.
2. The norms provide for the performance of work in accordance with the permissible deviations taken into account by SNiP III-15-76, SNiP III-16-80, and also in accordance with the safety requirements in construction SNiP III-4-80.
Workers must know and comply with the requirements provided for by the collection of norms, the above SNiPs, ensuring the required quality of work. Workers must know and follow the safety rules when performing work.
3. The norms of this issue provide for the performance of work at a height of up to 15 m, from the level of planning marks. When performing work at the height of St. 15m, N.W. and Rass. multiply by the following coefficients depending on the height:
up to 20m .... 1.05 (HF-1)
» 30m ….1.1 (HF-2)
» 40m….1.2 (HF-3)
St. 40m…1.3 (HF-4)
4. The norms of the relevant paragraphs provide for the installation, rearrangement and removal of inventory scaffolds, ladders, ladders, tables, cradles with a mass of St. 50 kg by crane, and weighing up to 50 kg by hand.
5. Signaling to the driver in cases where the installation of structures is carried out outside the field of view of the crane driver in the absence of means of communication, is carried out by an additionally allocated worker and is paid by the time for the time actually worked at the rate of the worker 3 razr.
6. The norms of those paragraphs that take into account the tack, its implementation is provided for by an electric welder of manual welding or a structural assembler who has a second profession of an electric welder.
7. The release standards do not provide for the implementation of geodetic works.
8. The performance of welding work is not provided for by the norms of release (except for the specified cases) and is additionally normalized according to the norms of Sat. E22 "Welding", no. 1 "Structures of buildings and industrial facilities".
9. Tariffication of the main works is made according to the ETKS of works and professions of workers, vol. 3, sec. "Construction, installation and repair and construction works", approved on July 17, 1985, and other works are charged according to the relevant issues and sections of the ETKS.
SECTION I. INSTALLATION OF PRECAST CONCRETE STRUCTURES
Technical part
1. The norms of section I provide for the installation of structures using cranes:
tower, caterpillar and gantry. When performing work with pneumatic wheel cranes and automobile cranes N.vr. and Rass. multiply by 1.1 (PM-1), and when erecting structures using masts equipped with electric winches - by 1.3 (PM-2).
2. The norms provide for the control of cranes by drivers of the 6th category.
When erecting structures by cranes, for whose drivers higher tariff rates are set or by controlled drivers of other categories, if their use is provided for by the PPR, the prices of the drivers should be recalculated at the appropriate tariff rates.
3. The norms of the section, except as otherwise specified in the paragraphs, take into account and are not separately paid for: slinging and slinging, fastening and removing braces, stretching the mooring, marking installation sites and applying axial marks to structures, bending mounting loops, inspection and cleaning of structures, places of their installation and embedded parts from dirt and mortar splashes, reception (during supply and rearrangement) of bins and boxes with concrete or mortar mixture, shoveling the finished solution, signaling during installation.
4. The norms, with the exception of cases specifically specified in the paragraphs, take into account the movement of structures, materials and mounting devices by a crane in the area of its operation, the lifting of parts, materials weighing up to 50 kg at a distance of up to 30 m.
5. For brevity, the assemblers for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures provided for by the composition of the links are referred to as structural assemblers, the manual welding electric welder is called an electric welder, and the crane operator (crane operator) is called a crane operator.
§ E4-1-1. Installation of foundation blocks or slabs
Guidelines for the application of standards
The norms provide for the installation of tape or free-standing foundation blocks or slabs on a bed of finished cement mortar or ready-made gravel (sand) preparation with checking the base marks on the sights.
Installation of beacon blocks strip foundation and corner blocks of free-standing foundations is provided for by the level.
To install ordinary blocks of a strip foundation, a mooring is stretched, ordinary blocks of separate foundations are installed along a stretched axial wire.
Composition of the work
1. Preparation of a bed from a mortar or partial leveling of a finished gravel (sand) base.
2. Installation of foundation blocks (slabs).
3. Checking the correct installation of blocks (plates).
4. Sealing of seams with mortar between the block of strip and composite foundations.

technological map, included, formwork block of the two-stage shoe part
foundation and a sub-column block, consisting of two blocks.
Assembly units of steel formwork
forms and their number are given in table. 5.
Steel formwork for
reinforced concrete monolithic foundations must be delivered to the construction site
Completely in a condition suitable for assembly and operation.
Installation of steel shuttering block forms
produced in the following technological sequence:
install formwork block
of the two-stage shoe part of the foundation to the design position strictly according to the axial risks applied
on concrete preparation, and fix it with metal pins to the base;
mounted on center pins
formwork frame of shoe part of foundation formwork block of under-column and
fix it with clamps;
install scaffolds on centering
install ladder and secure
upper end on the scaffold;
install the inserts on the centering
the pins of the upper block of the column and are fixed with clamps;
Dismantling of the formwork is carried out immediately
after concrete reaches design strength.
Dismantling of block forms is carried out in
following order:
dismantle scaffolding;
dismantle liners;
open lock ties with
devices for opening blocks, take the shutters of the blocks away from the concrete;
detach the sub-column block from the frame
formwork of the shoe part of the foundation;
dismantle the sub-column block;
knock out the wedge, turn the finger and
the shoe shields are removed from the concrete, after which the shoe block form is dismantled
parts of the foundation.
formwork if necessary
the surface is cleaned of adhering concrete with metal brushes and scrapers and
produce lubrication with an emulsion composition.
Dismantled formwork blocks
transported to the place of new concreting.
After verifying the correct installation
formwork and reinforcement make concrete foundations.
Transportation of concrete mix
carried out by a concrete mixer truck with unloading into rotary bins or
receiving funnel of the concrete pump.
Included in the concreting work
foundations include:
receiving and supplying concrete mix;
laying and compaction of concrete mix.
Supply of concrete mix in the structure
provided in two options:
truck crane SMK-10
rotary bunkers;
concrete pump SB-126A (with
mobility of the concrete mixture from 4 to 16 cm).
Foundation concreting
is carried out in two stages: at the first stage, the foundation shoe is concreted and
sub-column to the mark of the bottom of the liner; at the second stage, the upper part is concreted
sub-column after installing the liner.
Concrete mixture is laid
horizontal layers with a thickness of 30 - 40 cm.
Each layer of laid concrete
carefully compacted with a deep vibrator. When compacting the concrete mixture, the end
the working part of the vibrator should be immersed in the previously laid concrete layer on
depth 5 - 10 cm. The vibrator adjustment ball should not exceed 1.5 radius
his actions.
Covering the previous layer of concrete
subsequent must be carried out before the start of concrete setting in the previous
layer.
Concrete formwork in the corners and at the walls
the mixture is additionally compacted by bayoneting with manual metal screws.
Concreting of foundations is carried out with
hanging scaffolds.
When concreting monolithic
foundations with a concrete pump SB-126A, the range of the distribution boom
allows to make laying of concrete mix in one row from two points.
Concrete care measures in
the period of strength development, the procedure and timing of their implementation, control over the implementation
these activities must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.03.01-87
Load-bearing enclosing building structures. Rules for the production of works.
The terms of aging and the frequency of watering are determined by the construction laboratory.
Limit position deviation
formwork elements, reinforcement and completed monolithic foundations relative to
center axes or reference marks upon acceptance should not exceed the values
specified in SNiP
3.03.01-87.
Technical criteria and means
control operations and processes are given in table. one.
