Stuffed cabbage lazy
Lazy pigeon casserole. Yummy. Juicy. This one is being prepared lazy stuffed cabbage in the oven.
Homemade minced meat - 500 g
Chinese cabbage - 300 g
Onion - 1 pc. (120 g)
Carrot - 1 pc. (120 g) + 1-2 pcs. for lattice-decoration
Sweet red pepper - 0.5 pcs. (70 g)
Garlic - 1-2 cloves (5-10 g)
Rice - 1 cooking bag per pack (100 g)
Egg - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l. (25 g)
Dijon mustard - 1 tsp (10 g)
Vegetable oil (for frying and for greasing the mold) - 20 g
Sour cream (optional) - to taste
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Cooking:
1. Cut carrots, peppers and onions, finely chop the garlic. Fry the vegetables in a preheated pan with oil (about 10 minutes over medium heat).
2. Boil the rice until almost cooked (according to the instructions on the package).
3. Chop the cabbage.
4. Combine fried vegetables, rice, cabbage and minced meat. Crack an egg. Mix. Salt and pepper the mass.
5. Lightly spray the mold with oil and place the prepared mass firmly in the mold.
6. Cut the carrots into thin strips (you can use a vegetable peeler) and make a lattice on top, which you brush with mayonnaise and mustard.
7. Bake the lazy cabbage roll in the oven for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
8. Cool the finished lazy cabbage roll for five minutes, cut into portions and serve with sour cream or other sauce as desired.
Birthday cake.
We will need:
Curd - 250 g
Sour cream - 100 g
Eggs - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
Cocoa - 1 tbsp. heaped spoon.
Flour - 4 tbsp. spoons
Gelatin - 15 g
Sugar
half a lemon
Salt
Soda
Vanillin
Cooking:
1. Korzh: beat the egg with 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, add vegetable oil, salt, soda, vanillin, cocoa, flour. Pour the dough into a greased form, bake at 180 degrees. When the cake is still warm, pierce the entire surface with a fork and saturate with syrup.
For syrup: lemon cut into small pieces directly with the skin, add 100 ml of water and 4 tbsp. spoons of sugar. Boil until the sugar is completely dissolved, cool, then strain.
2. curd cream: cottage cheese, sour cream, 100 g sugar, vanillin. Blend everything with a blender until smooth. Then, dilute the gelatin in 50 ml hot water, add to curd cream.
Put the cake in a mold with detachable sides, put the curd filling on it, smooth it and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
3. Jelly: I took it ready. Used half of the package, because. small cake - a form with a diameter of 22 cm. Put slices of bananas on the curd layer, pour jelly. Send to the refrigerator for at least three hours. Better at night.

First, grate the zucchini coarsely and drain the juice. Drive an egg into the resulting substance, pour flour, salt. Knead the dough from the resulting mixture and fry the pancakes in a frying pan greased with oil.
Next, you need to rub the carrots, chop the onion. Mix these ingredients and fry. Add grated cheese, pressed garlic, mayonnaise to the resulting mass. You can also add greens. Spread pancakes with this filling. Set the zucchini cake with cheese and vegetables aside for a couple of hours to soak.
Blue cheese fried in Czech style

To do this, you will need 600 g of fish, three tomatoes, half a glass of olive oil, three onions, three sprigs of celery, two sprigs of thyme, ground black pepper and salt. Cut the vegetables into cubes, clean the fish from scales, cut off the gills, fins, gut it and rinse it. Place the vegetables in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir with your hands.
