P-3- panel series of typical residential buildings from isolated block sections. Years of construction - from the end of the 70s of the 20th century. In the form of modified series, such houses are being built today. This is one of the frequently encountered Moscow type series. In the late eighties and early nineties, the P-3 series was replaced by a new modernized series P-3m .
Initially, the typical P-3 series had 16 floors, then another floor was added by the mid-eighties of the 20th century. There are modifications of this series in 22 floors. Sometimes there are also low-rise versions of P-3 houses.
The internal structure of the buildings of this series is represented by ordinary sections of 4 apartments and turning sections, which house 8 apartments.
With good economic indicators, the houses of this series were massively built in Moscow and the Moscow region.
In such houses successful layouts three and four-room apartments. Two-room apartments are not so successful because of the small balcony and the proximity of the entrance to the apartment to the entrances to the rooms. One-room apartment no balcony at all.
Almost all the walls in the houses of this series are load-bearing, which makes it difficult (or impossible) for any redevelopment.

The Olympic Village-1980 in Moscow (residential sector) consists entirely of standard panel houses of the P-3 series, which was taken as the basis for the design of the typical P-3M series in the late 1980s.
Modification P-3M-6 was created in the mid-2000s. for the resettlement of residents of demolished dilapidated and five-story housing stock. On each floor there are 6 apartments of reduced footage
Apartments in new buildings of the P-3M series are often sold with a fine finish
Considered various options redevelopment using an opening in the wall, which was provided for technological needs. The kitchen, which was supposed to remain isolated in the initial version, lost the partition as a result, which allowed daylight to penetrate the corridor and, reflecting from the mirror, increase its illumination.
Living room
The passage from the hallway to the living room is through sliding doors with frosted glass inserts. The main item in the living room is a large sofa, assembled from separate modules. He stands near the wall, finished decorative plaster MagDecor. In order to emphasize its beauty, a cornice was placed around it, behind which the backlight was hidden. Opposite the sofa there is a storage system in which a large aquarium is integrated - the owners of the apartment are fond of breeding fish.
Kitchen
The layout of the kitchen is very ergonomic: a work surface with a sink on top and a dishwasher under it is in the center of the wall, on the sides there are two high columns for appliances and storage. The lower tier of cabinets and columns are in “gold cherry” color, the upper one is white, glossy, which makes the kitchen lighter and visually larger.
Along the window is another work surface. It is quite wide, with a built-in hob and extractor fan, which can be easily removed inside the table if you do not need to use it. The working surface ends with a bar counter adjacent at an angle of 90 degrees. Four people can easily fit behind it. The floor of the kitchen area, as well as the backsplash on the wall above the work surface, are lined with Italian tiles from the Base collection of the Fap Ceramiche factory.
Bedroom
The loggia adjacent to the parents' bedroom was insulated, and a place for reading and relaxing was organized there - a cozy armchair, a floor lamp and original shelves for books. In addition, a spacious dressing room appeared next to the bedroom - 3 sq. m.
The head of the bed adjoins the wall, finished with wood - exactly the same as on the floor. Per false ceiling hides the backlight. Two high mirrors are fixed on the adjacent wall, on top of each of them there is a sconce: this scheme allows you to increase the illumination and create the illusion of expanding the space.
Children's
The design of the 3-room apartment provides for a separate nursery with its own storage systems - a large wardrobe and a spacious chest of drawers. The crib for the baby was made to order, as was the wooden frame above it - a light canopy was fixed on it and decorations were hung.
Lighting in the play area is carried out by spotlights built into the ceiling, the center of the room is marked with a Skygarden suspension, designed by Marcel Wanders - very romantic and delicate, in the form of a hemisphere, with stucco molding inside. A large long pile carpet gives the nursery coziness and warmth.
Hallway
Large closet containing washing machine, a refrigerator, as well as compartments for storing clothes, shoes, and household items, has become a unifying design element of a 3-room apartment.
An interesting shelving appeared in the entrance area, imitating a staircase to the second floor. Books, magazines, small decor items can be placed in its open shelves, and larger ones, such as vases, can be placed directly on the steps. Both the floor and the wall behind the false staircase are made of the same type of wood. There is a built-in backlight between the wall panels.
bathroom
Bathroom decoration - strict and restrained, in two colors: ivory and dark brown. Wall and floor covering - Italian tiles FAP Ceramiche Base. The toilet is hanging, above it is a false box, equipped with a backlight. It is tiled by the same factory. The wall behind the washbasin is completely mirrored, which complicates the space and makes the bathroom visually larger.
The history of the appearance of houses of the P-3/16 series is somewhat unusual. This series was developed in the late seventies, and by the beginning of the 1980 Olympics, which was held in Moscow, the first objects were put into operation, among which was the Olympic Village (South-West of Moscow, Troparevo district).
The P-3/16 series is especially widely represented in Moscow and the Moscow region. It should be noted that this series is recognized as one of the most successful projects developed for the construction of residential buildings. The internal structure of the buildings of this series is represented by ordinary sections of 4 apartments. A feature of the P-3/16 series is the use of expanded clay concrete panels 350 mm thick for walls, and reinforced concrete panels 140 or 180 mm thick for internal load-bearing walls. The advantages of the series include kitchens ranging from 8 square meters, the presence of a freight elevator and a vestibule.
Specially for InMyRoom interior designer Alina Shatokhina offered three layout options two-room apartment in the house series P-3/16.
Alina Shatokhina - interior designer, 3D visualizer. Since 2008, he has been designing residential and public spaces. He likes to create comfortable spaces with a unique atmosphere, style and energy.
This type of apartment is often rented out, so they only do cosmetic repairs. Demolition of walls is not always relevant, because it is possible to create a comfortable and functional space thanks to the correct arrangement of furniture. Below, using the example of a two-room apartment, we will consider several layout options without moving the walls, doorways or plumbing, which require prior approval.
Option number 1: apartment for a middle-aged couple without children
A task: in this layout, I wanted to take into account such nuances as storage of things in the absence of a separate dressing room, the presence of a spacious and isolated bedroom, as well as a lounge combined with an office where you can meet guests and engage in hobbies.
Solution: at the entrance to the apartment, on the left side, there is a cabinet for shoes and a quick hanger. On the right side, along the wall, there is a long wardrobe for storage. outerwear. Since the hallway is narrow and walkable, the mirror in full height it is more convenient to install in the most front door.
In the space between bearing wall and a bathroom it would be practical to equip a pantry closet. In this case, a married couple without children lives in the apartment, so instead of a bathroom, you can install a shower cabin and a washbasin with two sinks.
The kitchen has enough space to accommodate full set household appliances ( Dishwasher, hob, built-in oven, microwave and refrigerator). On the wall behind which there is a ventilation duct, we install a TV, and under it we make a narrow cabinet under a single tabletop. In the room opposite the front door we equip the living room. On the right side there is a wardrobe for additional storage of things, an ironing board can be placed behind the door, and a TV-wall opposite the sofa. Under the window we place a desktop, and on the sides of it - shelving for documents and books. Thus, the room becomes multifunctional.
In the largest area of the room we have a bedroom. At the entrance, we put a corner wardrobe, a full-length mirror to the left of it, so that the door does not reflect. We set the double bed in such a way that when lying on it, you do not have to look towards the hallway. On the opposite wall we install a TV, to the left of it there is a small chair where you can fold the bedspread. Instead of bedside tables on one side we put a low chest of drawers with a reading lamp, and on the other side, closer to the window, a dressing table.
Planning pluses: all rooms are isolated, furniture is ergonomically arranged, spacious bedroom, multifunctional living room (reception, office, additional sleeping place), enough storage space. Washbasin with two sinks in the bathroom.
Cons: no bath.
Option number 2: apartment for a young married couple with a child who is in elementary school
A task: in this version, the same issues of storage and convenient arrangement of furniture were taken into account, but for a family of three.
Solution: in the hallway, right side at the entrance to the apartment, there is a closet and a chest of drawers with a mirror, where hats and accessories can be placed. On the left side there is a quick hanger, under which there is a padded stool for convenience. In the bathroom, we install a regular bathtub and a standard washbasin with one sink. Next to the washing machine is a tall narrow cabinet for bath accessories and towels.
Since in this case there is no living room, you can spend time with guests in the kitchen. For convenience, we put a small soft sofa under the window and a rectangular table. The kitchen itself is almost straight in shape, it adjoins the ventilation duct at an angle so as not to reduce space. In the room opposite the entrance to the apartment we make a full-fledged bedroom for parents with a double bed, on the opposite wall there is a chest of drawers with drawers, it can store bed linen or underwear. Above is a TV. Nearby is a narrow high chest of drawers, the top cover of which is a mirror, it can be used instead of a dressing table.
We “give” a large room for a nursery. The space is divided into two zonal groups. Closer to the window is the study area where desk, on the opposite wall - a rack for books and textbooks. To the left of the front door is a baby bed in wooden frame with drawers at the bottom that can be tucked away bed sheets- so the bed becomes a sofa. Opposite - a rack of the same height as the bookcase, but for toys. There is a TV stand in the middle. Along the entire wall behind the front door there is a closet with hinged doors, and next to it there is an armchair with an ottoman, so that it would be more convenient for the child to change clothes.
Pros of planning: the child has his own personal space, where the furniture is functionally divided into groups according to their purpose. Parents also have their own room, in which everything you need to relax. The apartment has enough storage space despite the fact that there are more family members. The advantage can be attributed to a full bath. Cons: no living room.
Option number 3: an apartment for a young couple without children living with their parents
A task of this layout - take into account in each room a sleeping place and a recreation area in which you can spend time with other family members.
Solution: in the hallway, on the right side at the entrance to the apartment, there is a closet in which off-season things are stored, next to it there is a quick hanger, and under it there are shelves for shoes. In the bathroom we install a large corner bath and a washbasin with one sink. Opposite the washing machine is a tall cabinet for storing bathroom accessories and towels.
In the kitchen dinner table for four persons. Myself kitchen set direct form is located along the wall. On the left is a refrigerator, and closer to the window is a cabinet of the same height with a built-in microwave oven and oven.
In the larger room there is a bedroom for a young couple. We divide the space into two zonal groups, but the part of the room that is closer to the window is reserved for a double bed. Opposite it we put a table that can be used both as a toilet and as a written one, next to it we put a chest of drawers. Closer to the door we place a double sofa, opposite it is a bookcase with a TV cabinet. The zonal groups are separated by a cornice with curtains that can be curtained when guests or other family members come, for example, to watch TV together. Opposite the front door is a full-length mirror, next to it along the entire wall is a wardrobe.
In a smaller room, there is a bedroom for the parents of one of the spouses of a young couple. It also has a double bed. Opposite it is a wall-wardrobe, in which there is a wardrobe with hinged doors and a chest of drawers, and on it is a TV. Closer to the window, on one side of the bed, there is a bedside table with a lamp, and on the other side, two armchairs and a coffee table.
Pros of the layout: the presence of two double beds, personal space for each couple.
Cons: no living room.
