Gray floor in the interior: photo and rules for its combination with gray and white walls, other colors Interior with a light floor Light floor in the interior: what furniture does it go with
Light shades in interior design create associations with tranquility, comfort and cleanliness.
To create original design interior, these light colors are usually diluted with more saturated ones, but this is done competently and delicately.
It is necessary to be able to combine the shades of the walls with the tones of the interior elements, to correctly harmonize the texture and decor, as well as the materials and textures used.
Light floor in modern times is becoming more and more popular.
The right choice of materials
A light floor in a house can be created on the basis of several materials, most often it is: natural wood chipboard, linoleum or floor tiles.
Natural wood flooring enjoys the greatest recognition, of course. From different tree you can get completely different light shades of the floor.
For example, a white floor with slight yellow highlights can be obtained from maple. Depending on the lighting in the house, the white floor can change its color.
Another popular option is bleached oak. Such material will look great in a spacious living room, as well as in bedrooms or children's rooms.
Laminate based bleached oak fits perfectly into any interior, also well suited for retro style or nautical style.
Birch, as a material for arranging the floor, is also well appreciated. You can experiment with it, creating both light and darker shades. floor covering.
Key elements in design
Whatever color the floors in a house or apartment are decorated in, even regardless of the quality of the material, without a competent selection of the color of doors and skirting boards, the interior will be considered unfinished.
It is these small elements that give a unique style to the design of your rooms. Choosing the right door for a particular room is sometimes difficult, because millions of various models in a wide range of colors.
Interior doors need to be selected based on the style of the interior and the color of the floor with the ceiling. Any door can be made to order, even with the use of special decor.
There are a number of rules when choosing doors to rooms with a light floor:
Knowing that the light floor will visually increase the space, the doors must be chosen in dark shades. Dark doors in shades of coffee and dark chestnut will only emphasize the luxury of the interior and great taste hosts.
Regardless of the choice of color combinations, it should be remembered that it is required to correctly alternate warm shades with cold ones.
A good option would be: beige wallpaper and doors against a darkened floor. Or, on the contrary, light floors, and against its background dark doors with wallpaper.
As for the color of the skirting boards, the color may be the same as the color of the floor, as well as slightly different.
If there is a desire to emphasize the originality of the color approach to the flooring, then the skirting boards can be beautifully tinted with a shade slightly different from the color of the floor.
When choosing a floor shade, you should remember once and for all that white horizontal planes on the plan of wall coverings with dark wallpaper will focus on horizontal lines, and thereby visually increase the space, making it wider and more spacious.
If you want to visually add height to the room, then the white floor is perfect. In addition, in this case, the ceiling is decorated with a light shade, as well as the wall covering farthest from the entrance.
If the far wall is light shade, and all the rest are of a dark shade, then you can lengthen the room and turn it into a kind of "tunnel".
It is worth noting that the light floor is always a universal solution for an interior made in absolutely any style.
And with the right combination of shades of furniture elements, as well as other decorating elements, you yourself will feel aesthetic pleasure.

Opportunities and features of the gray floor
- A dark gray floor in an interior can visually reduce the space of a room or make it narrower, while a light gray design can cause the opposite effect.
- Not too dark shades of gray help to unload the interior cluttered with furniture, bringing a little freshness and lightness into it.
- In a room with a gray floor, a calm and cozy atmosphere is felt, conducive to proper rest and recuperation.
- If you can find a laminate on sale that has unusual color(a mixture of gray with beige or brown), then with the help of such material you can decorate such an unusual gray floor in the interior that its appearance will turn the whole idea of \u200b\u200bthe interior setting upside down.
But the feeling of relaxation and harmony of space that arise in people who stay in such interiors for a long time often prevents them from concentrating, their efficiency decreases and it becomes difficult to do any painstaking work. It is for this reason that the same designers do not recommend laying gray parquet or laminate in study corners and offices.
But rooms in gray tones allow you to harmoniously collect your thoughts and tune in to a philosophical mood.
The gray color of the floor will look great in the interior of a bedroom or living room. No less attractive may seem gray in the kitchen or in the dining area, provided that the owners are not afraid of a certain coldness of the atmosphere he created. However, the last drawback is easy to fix by adding bright colors or beige shades to the interior palette.
What interior styles suit gray flooring?
When designing the interior, you should take into account which color of the walls suits the gray floor and that it is not suitable for all styles equally.
It is best to fit a gray floor in following styles interior:
- strict classic;
- high tech;
- modern.
In addition, gray laminate will look good in some ethnic styles, such as Scandinavian.
Photo of a gray floor in different styles interior (hi-tech, modern, Scandinavian):
In order not to get too cold, deadly gray interior, it is better to dilute it, experimenting with a warm palette of wall coverings, or add furniture from correctly selected types of wood to it. The color scheme of furniture can be quite rich, the light gray floor in the interior looks great with furniture of color:
- vanilla;
- zebrano;
- wenge.
If it seems to the owner that the room lacks special softness and comfort, then this impression can be softened with the help of objects painted in warm colors, in texture close to wood.
How to combine a gray floor with other colors?
- The extreme options for gray are white and black. Linking them, gray shades greatly soften their contrast, making the interior less flashy and defiant. But to create compositions with this color, you need to have practical experience and professional knowledge. After all, it is not so easy to understand which walls are best combined with a gray floor, so that later less problems with selection of furniture.
- The combination of gray and blue colors looks very harmonious, this composition will fit perfectly into the interiors of a bedroom, living room or office.
- Gray pairs well with cool color palettes, including blues and purples.
- The combination of gray and yellow is quite rare, while an abundance of yellow blotches should not be allowed, but light yellow-gray stripes will be appropriate.
- Wallpaper for a gray floor is best suited for beige or light green, they will keep the interior cozy and make it elegant at the same time.
Common mistakes with gray floors
In a gray floor, the main drawback is its coldness. If the interior is not given warm accents, then it will turn into a completely unattractive lifeless desert. In addition, monotony cannot be allowed here, therefore, if gray doors with an incorrectly selected texture complement the gray floor, then such an interior can be doomed to failure in advance.
If the project has a light gray floor, what walls can harmonize with it? For example, not too bright ones are quite suitable, dark wallpaper, as well as the introduction of quite popular metallic-colored furniture into the interior. However, in no case should you rub everything in a gray room to a shine, turning it into a chrome box.
To revive even a hopelessly “gray” interior, you need to boldly use unusual patterns and ornaments, work with shades, glossy and matte surfaces, combine fur, silk and other textures.
gray kitchen floor
No less attractive may seem the color of the floor in the gray kitchen or in the dining area, provided that the owners are not afraid of a certain coldness of the atmosphere he created. The gray floor in the kitchen not only looks presentable, but also extremely practical, since traces of dirt, grease and stains are much less visible on a gray background.
For small kitchens
A gray-white floor in a small kitchen will be acceptable no less than a combination of gray shades of different saturation, as well as gray-beige and gray-blue. Generally, for small spaces and tiles need a modest size.
If at the same time the task is to visually increase the space, then it is better to lay either a tile with a simple, inconspicuous pattern, or without it at all, plain, because the more complex and noticeable the pattern, the more it hides the space. On the contrary, a kitchen with a floor that has a smooth surface texture will appear more spacious and lighter.
For spacious kitchens
In spacious kitchens, ceramic tiles of any size can be laid, although large elements look better here. Irregularly shaped tiles look great, for example, hexagonal or with rounded edges. Here you can try a bunch of shapes and sizes, as well as various ways styling (diagonal, "herringbone" and others) to achieve an unusual look of the interior.
You can, abandoning stereotypical solutions, wipe the tile joints with a grout of a contrasting color. Then the grid of tile rows will appear more strongly, which will draw attention to the flooring. If you use more dark grout, then the tile will appear cleaner and lighter.

The combination of the gray floor in the kitchen with walls and furniture
It is very important to find harmonious combination floor, ceiling and wall decoration. Also, do not lose sight of kitchen furniture and accessories. However, you should always remember the functional features of this room, therefore, even if you make a gray floor in the kitchen, it is hardly worth arranging white walls in it, since they will get dirty very quickly.
But if you add a white ceiling and light (but not white) walls to the gray floor, then visually the kitchen will turn out to be more spacious and lighter.
You should not try another option, where a light tone is left on the ceiling, but the walls are made darker than the flooring. With this combination, the general background becomes too dark, the room fades, becomes gloomy, and visually shrinks in volume.
When choosing wallpaper or tiles for walls, combining the color of the floor in the gray kitchen, you must definitely build on the degree of natural light in the kitchen:
- On the sunny side, it is wiser to use cold or neutral tones (green, blue, turquoise), so that even a hot stove does not seem so hot.
- If the kitchen faces north, then it is better to warm its atmosphere with the warm color of the walls (orange, yellow, peach). The warming color palette of the walls will make the perception of the gray floor more pleasant.
A gray plinth framing the floor of the same color will visually make its area larger, creating the illusion of its continuation.
White kitchen facades will look bright against the background of a dark gray floor, forming an elegant interior. Fans of perky combinations may think: if you make a gray floor in the kitchen, what color set should you choose in this case? They can combine gray with acid lemon or yellow, bringing yellow chairs to the interior of the dining room, for example, and hanging thin lemon organza on the windows. Great combination with a gray floor will form cutlery, crockery and stainless steel appliances, since all this does not require a long search for sale.
And it’s even better to use gray porcelain stoneware for the floor instead of ordinary tiles, which is its relative, but has best design and physical and mechanical characteristics. Porcelain stoneware gray for the floor in the interior of the kitchen can be perfectly combined with the most diverse furniture in color. A neutral gray floor will be perfectly enlivened by the colored spots of the furniture, no matter what they are: metallic, wenge, pine or even white.
Psychologists say that the presence of warm tones in the kitchen stimulates appetite, while cold ones, on the contrary, reduce it. This property is especially important to consider for those who seek to lose weight.
Gray floor in the living room
You can choose this combination of gray with warm shades wood to enhance this impression.
Shades of gray can perfectly emphasize the elegance of high-tech style. Here you also need to be guided by the rule of five colors: in addition to the main one, one additional color and no more than five can be combined in the interior. different shades grey.
If the gray living room lacks lighting, then to make it visually more spacious, you need to highlight its walls with spotlights, and to make it look more sunny, you can use elements yellow color, for example, a large yellow panel or a floor carpet of the same color.
There is currently a battle going on among interior designers over flooring preferences. Some are sure that the most obvious trend of the last decade is light floors, sending dark flooring into oblivion. Their opponents focus on the shortcomings of light floors and call dark floors a living classic, which is not afraid of any staggering fickle fashion.

dark floor
It should be noted right away that not only brown or black is considered a dark floor, but also dark shades of other colors.
The dark color of the flooring brings a feeling of warmth and comfort to the interior, but at the same time visually it noticeably conceals the space. Therefore, it is more logical to use dark floors in large rooms, adding glass and metal objects to them. When choosing, you need to remember that balance must be maintained: a dark floor - light walls, otherwise the room will instantly turn into a gloomy dungeon.
Features of use
- Dark surfaces (except black ones) get dirty less and are more practical. But they also need regular maintenance.
- The combination “dark floor - light furniture” is considered to be habitual, but a number of designers recommend choosing objects for the dark floor that are only a few tones lighter than it.
- If such an interior seems to someone gloomy, creating a painful atmosphere, then these people can use the well-known design maneuver: to combine a dark floor and light walls in the interior. Furniture in this case can be of any color, because such an interior is distinguished by “omnivorousness”.
Advantages
- Many dark shades have a positive effect on a person’s well-being, soothe and do not cause irritation. It has been noticed that a light kitchen with a dark floor even helps to better digest food.
- The dark floor adds seriousness and solidity to the interior.
- It averages out the proportions of oversized accessories.
Flaws
- It is better not to make a dark floor in a room where there is not enough natural light, but, on the other hand, if the sun's rays directly fall on the floor, they will highlight the slightest defects in the coating, and even a small amount of dust on its surface will immediately become noticeable.
- On a dark glossy finish, all stains from washing the floor will be clearly visible. Therefore, after washing, such a floor will have to be further polished.
- Dark varnish is very easy to scratch, and all the smallest scratches will immediately become visible.
Photo of the dark floor in the interior:
Choosing a dark floor shade
The final effect is highly dependent on the correct selection of color tone, which can be understood by comparing the dark floor and light doors.
- Shades of chocolate will make the interior expensive and cozy due to its warmth.
- Thanks to the black color, the home will acquire a modern personality and even extravagance.
- Somewhat alienated dark gray tones will make the atmosphere cooler.
light floor
Compared to a dark finish, a light finish is considered more versatile and can fit perfectly into a wide variety of interior styles. Such a floor can be easily combined with elements that are characterized by a calm color scheme, for example, if a skirting board is used that is lighter or darker than the floor. But bright objects on their background become much paler. If dark furniture is purchased in the room, then it should be elegant, with smooth, thin lines.
Peculiarities
- When arguing which floor is more practical, light or dark, the argument about the excessive soiling of light floors is often used, which is far from the truth. To keep the house clean, you need to regularly clean surfaces of any color. Here, the quality of the protective layer is more important, which protects the flooring from deep penetration of dust and dirt, and then even a photo of a combination of a light floor and dark doors will delight anyone.
- Visually light floor will add volume to the room and make it much lighter.
- For some people, white and other too bright colors often cause discomfort. The solution to this problem can be a combination of a light floor with fairly dark walls.
- Quite often there is a light floor in the kitchens. Against its background, any interior items will stand out well. The contrast of the light floor and the dark walls of the kitchen can be softened by bright lighting working area and an abundance of shiny metal surfaces.
- Particular attention when decorating a light floor should be given to skirting boards. For example, the combination "light floor - dark plinth" can give the interior the necessary contrast and will be appropriate for any style.
Most often, the floor surface is not monophonic, but is diluted with non-contrasting patterns, since an ideal white floor will look boring and cause discomfort.
Advantages
- Most often, dark doors and a light floor in the interior can be seen in the photo of living rooms, where dark furniture is also present. Thanks to this, the appearance of additional space is created, the room seems to grow. Keeping this property in mind, designers often recommend practicing such solutions in miniature rooms.
- The light floor not only improves the interior design, but also has a functional plus, increasing the illumination of the room.
- It has long been known that if a room faces north and cannot boast large sizes, then light walls, light furniture, dark floors become almost the only practical solution for her.
Flaws
- It is important not to forget that for beige or white floors it is necessary to carefully select pieces of furniture, otherwise they will lose their advantages and become the most trivial, unremarkable coatings.
- You can talk as much as you like about the fashion and style of light floors, but they still can hardly be called respectable. You can even make a beautiful coating, but it will not look as expensive as wenge or other dark wood, which at the same time can cost significantly less.
- The appearance of unwanted shades. Even if you look for a material with a certain shade, then after laying, being in a specific environment, under a certain lighting angle, the same material can noticeably change its tone. Darker pieces of furniture will make it darker, and light ones, in combination with direct sunlight, on the contrary, will unnecessarily lighten. As a result, such a long and scrupulously selected shade will turn into something unimaginable, up to almost yellow.

Rules for interior combinations of dark and light floors
- Light ceiling + light walls + dark bathroom floor will make it visually larger.
- Dark ceiling + light walls + dark floor will reduce the height of the room, but make it wider.
- Light ceiling + dark walls + light floor draw attention to the horizontal lines in the interior.
- A light ceiling + a light wall (opposite from the entrance) + a light floor make the room narrower, but the ceiling seems to be higher in it.
- Light ceiling + light walls + light floor in combination with a dark back wall visually makes the room less deep.
- Light ceiling + dark walls + dark floor can create a mysterious and slightly gloomy atmosphere of the dungeon.
- Dark ceiling + dark side walls + light back wall + light floor visually evoke the effect of being in an endless tunnel.
- If the whole room has the same dark color, then it is pointless to talk about its shape, it is simply lost.
Correct floor combinations with other interior elements
If the room has light walls and a floor, then it creates a feeling of lightness and spaciousness, but an overabundance of light colors can cause a feeling of cold officialdom, so it is more rational to adjust this situation to the interior “light floor - dark doors”.
Black or dark brown furniture harmonizes perfectly with light wood floors. Since light tones can actually lighten a dark room, this technique is very often used for rooms with insufficient natural light. However, another effect must be taken into account here - the brighter the room, the cooler it seems, so you need to find the right balance, for example, using a combination of a dark floor and light doors.
For dark floors, you can choose successful combinations not only with light, but also with dark walls. But still, you should not make the walls completely snow-white, but it is better to choose a cream shade, or ivory. dark colors should not prevail, otherwise the room will become too gloomy. But they will be appropriate bright accents that brighten up the atmosphere.
It is best that the furniture is a couple of tones lighter or darker than the floor surface. If the colors of the floor and furniture are exactly the same, then it is advisable to separate them with a contrasting color carpet - this is how a bright living room with a dark floor is often decorated.
If the floor is allotted bright color, then it is better to give the walls warm or neutral shades, but at the same time you can not apply more than two different tones at the same time.
From the foregoing, it becomes clear that there are a lot of options for interior design with floors in dark and light colors - there is where to show your imagination.
The relationship of floor color with interior style
The dark floor is not suitable for all interior styles:
- For example, shabby chic generally requires as light a bleached wood floor as possible.
- On the other hand, an overly light, as well as an overly dark floor covering will not go well with classical styles (antique, baroque or rococo). In these interiors, a dark floor made of precious wood would be much more appropriate.
- However, classic styles are too complex and expensive, besides they are less functional, therefore, for the current residential interiors, in the overwhelming majority of cases, modern styles close in spirit to the surrounding life.
Floor color and lighting
When making the final choice in favor of a light or dark floor, one should not lose sight of the nature of the general lighting of the room:
If the boards are perpendicular to the incident light, they will appear brighter, and if they are opposite, they will appear darker.
In general, the floor should be laid along the direction of the incident light, in which case the fastening of the panels will become less noticeable. In addition, it must be taken into account that the color of the floor covering when artificial lighting can noticeably change, so during the day and in the evening the appearance of the interior can change dramatically.
In addition, the floor is laid for decades to come, so when choosing a material for it, you need to be very careful, paying attention to its quality.

It is undeniably very beautiful material In addition, it is aesthetic and environmentally friendly. The wooden surface can be painted in any color. For longer service it needs to be varnished.
This material begins to age over time, but this even makes it more beautiful and attractive.
Many people wish they had wood floors in their homes. Since this material does not tolerate changes in temperature, humidity and pollution, many give their preference to materials that are easier to care for.
But wooden floors have both disadvantages and a large number of advantages.
Consider first the advantages of this material:
- The first advantage of a wooden floor can be considered its aesthetic external qualities. A well-sanded and varnished wooden floor is certainly very beautiful. It is in perfect harmony with any design, furniture, decor element.
- The next advantage wood flooring- it is his thermal insulation qualities. It is pleasant to walk on such a floor even barefoot, as it perfectly retains heat. The tree also levels the microclimate in the room and fills the air with oxygen.
- Wood can serve as a sound insulator in apartments of high-rise buildings.
- And finally wooden surface very durable, does not deform from the weight of the furniture.
Despite all these advantages, wooden floors there are many disadvantages:
- The most important disadvantage of wooden floors can be considered their cost. Even if the work is done without the help of the appropriate specialists, the wooden floor will still be expensive.
- Another disadvantage is that wood is easily affected by moisture and temperature. In winter, wooden floors are mostly reduced in size. This can cause cracks in the floor. But in the summer the floor returns to its original size.
- Wood is very sensitive to pollution. A spilled liquid, for example, can quickly soak into the wood and leave permanent stains.
- Another important factor relating to the disadvantages of a wooden floor is that wood is a fire hazardous material.
Over time, any surface, including wood, wears out and scratches - especially in places with constant movement.
But at proper care a wooden floor will last more than fifty years: any wear and tear can be easily removed with a simple sanding.
Thus, before making a wooden floor in an apartment, it is better to weigh all the pros and cons, understand all the advantages and disadvantages, and only then make the final choice.
White color visually enlarges the space of the interior, bringing lightness and a sense of freedom into it. However, the white floor in the apartment is still quite rare, more often these are walls and ceilings. The reason for this is the unwillingness of people to care for such a floor and the inability to combine it. But it's not all that bad: choose the right flooring material and follow the advice of experts - and you will have a chic white floor in your home that all guests will admire!

Advantages and disadvantages of the white floor
Advantages:
- It visually increases the volume of the room, makes it light - the person in it feels like he is floating in space.
- Calming, serenity white color It has a calming effect, which is very useful in today's stressful life.
- On white surfaces, dust is less noticeable, so they retain a neat, clean look longer than, for example, black surfaces, on which almost every speck of dust is visible.
- Dark furniture leaning against a whiteboard floor feels lighter. If the room is crowded with dark furniture, then it begins to seem cramped, so the white floor in such a room balances this feeling.
- If a dark ceiling is made in the room or it is crossed ceiling beams dark color, they noticeably darken the room and hide the height of the ceiling. This negative effect can be offset by a contrasting white floor.
- If the room has white furniture and a white floor, then it seems to be overflowing with light and more spacious than it actually is.
- Contrasting tones are transmitted brighter - against the background of a white floor, the original color of the furniture seems brighter.

Flaws:
- Hiding dust well, the white floor just as well shows any dirt.
- Coating defects on it are also more visible than on dark surfaces (cracks and chips on ceramic tiles, dents on linoleum, scratches on laminate).
All floors get dirty equally quickly, but on a white floor, this dirt becomes noticeable faster. After that, any floor requires washing, the complexity of which does not at all depend on its color, but more on the type and texture of the coating material. For example, linoleum or laminate is much easier to clean than stone, or, moreover, natural wood.
Such a floor will make the hostess turn to a rag more often, but, on the other hand, a white floor in the interior will stimulate the desire to always keep the room in perfect cleanliness.
White floor in different interior styles
A white wooden floor will look great in different styles: Scandinavian, minimalist, Provence, eco-style or classic. A living room or bedroom in a similar design will look incredibly elegant.
Provence
For a Provence-style interior, where white color always predominates, and not only on the floor, it is advisable to choose light-colored wallpapers on which small flowers are thrown, but you can prefer photo wallpapers that depict lilac fields of blooming lavender. To continue this theme, simple wooden “shabby” furniture, artificial flowers and cute rustic trinkets can continue.
Scandinavian
The Scandinavian style is characterized by a white floor, white walls, large windows, an abundance of wood and knitted things. Most of surfaces in scandinavian style have white shades.
Minimalism
Minimalism also uses white to maximize the visual space.
White floor materials
Most often, the following materials are used to cover the floor: wood, linoleum, laminate, natural or fake diamond, cork, ceramic tile, as well as mixtures for self-leveling floors.
Looks the most chic solid oak or ash floor, whose wood is treated with compounds that change the color of wood fibers. These floors are reminiscent of matte white glaze with a hint of ash rose. it the best choice for a Provencal interior, it is also suitable for rustic style. A light wooden floor will perfectly echo with contrasting curtains and dark doors. A white floor made from specially bleached natural wood has valuable properties, in addition to the original durability and strength. So, since the dust on it remains invisible, it can be washed much less frequently, which is very useful if there is not enough time for regular cleaning, and the material also lasts longer.
Especially effective porcelain stoneware for the floor, the white gloss of which will perfectly fit not only into modern techno, hi-tech styles, but also into the renaissance or classics. It will be a great solution for the floor in the living room, especially given its practicality and ease of cleaning. The right combination with walls and furniture from porcelain stoneware can achieve a chic expensive look.
Bulk white glossy floor can be successfully used in any room. The raw material for it is epoxy resin with a hardener, to which, if desired, dyes or other components are added. Due to the variety of composition, the floor can turn out to be silvery, mother-of-pearl, granular.
A very inexpensive option for a bright interior can be laminate flooring in white, the photos of which prove their beauty. In addition, high-quality laminate can quite realistically imitate natural wood, so in terms of drawing it often looks like a parquet board.
But the cheapest solution is, of course, white linoleum, which is usually laid with your own hands, which allows you to save not only on the cost of the material, but also on hired labor. To somewhat ennoble this coating, it can be combined with dark pieces of furniture.
We rarely use white cork floor in the interior, although it is the rarity of such material that can give the interior features of originality. Cork perfectly retains heat, is antistatic, resistant to moisture and has a number of other advantages.
White floor in different rooms
In the living room
The white floor in the interior of the living room can deservedly become its main decoration. It will be in harmony with white leather sofas and armchairs, chrome furniture legs, contrasting curtains and walls. White floor tiles with black inserts, laminate or polyurethane enamel are perfect here.

In the bedroom
Has the right to exist and a bedroom with a white floor, which begins to seem more spacious, but does not lose its comfort. In light colors, you can also withstand both the walls and the bed, and the curtains can be hung in pastel colors. In the kitchen
For the kitchen, it is best to stay not on pure white, but on a light field, for example, the color of bleached oak or alder. White glossy tiles on the floor in the kitchen or porcelain stoneware will look best.
It is undesirable to use a wooden floor in the kitchen, since the features of operation will quickly lead it into disrepair.

In the bathroom
The bathroom seems to be specially designed for the use of white flooring. After all, the white floor in the bathroom adds volume to this usually modest-sized room, making its interior cleaner.
White matte floors in the bathroom are a great solution, and here a snow-white shade will be just in place. It can be combined with colored tiles located in the shower cubicle or glued laminated timber furniture - the result is a modern original design. If desired, modern furniture can be replaced with classic, complementing it with towels and other accessories. If you combine blue and blue with white, you get a wonderful allusion to the marine style.
